These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and use of the Llŷn website.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Each basin is carved from solid natural material. Variations in tone, veining, shape and surface are inherent to the material and form part of the product’s character. No two pieces are identical.

Product images are indicative only. Marble basins are available in Black, Grey and Cream — however each piece will differ
in veining, tone and natural markings. This variation is inherent to natural stone and forms part of the character of each piece.
For our River Rock and Petrified Wood collections, individual pieces are photographed and confirmed prior to purchase.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected misuse.

Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Llŷn does not store credit card details.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on location and availability.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Please inspect all items on delivery. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import charges.

Llŷn will not be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Care & Use

Natural stone is a porous material and requires appropriate care.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, sealing, cleaning or use of unsuitable products.

Sealing and maintenance are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Due to the nature of the materials, we do not accept returns for variations in colour, texture or natural markings.

Returns are only accepted where required under New Zealand consumer law.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We encourage all customers to contact us before purchasing — we are available to
provide additional photographs, video and detailed information on any piece.

To the extent permitted by law, all other returns must be approved prior to dispatch.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where products are supplied for business purposes, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Llŷn is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products supplied.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is the property of Llŷn and may not be used without permission.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
